Services tab access is gated by a new scope across Validation, Handling and Hubs, chat logs show the correct apps, and Core catalog/protocol screens get localization, sorting and filter fixes — plus a Partner Group dropdown fix in Manager and HubsApp access without requiring brand edit.

What must be done before deployment:​

  • Deploy Manager 0.27.13.2, Core 0.27.13.9, Validation Rails 0.27.10.3, Handling Rails 0.27.11.3, and Hubs 0.27.10.3 together (apps depend on LoopOS UI 1.1.67.0 and DS SDK 2.92.0).
  • Prefer Manager 0.27.13.2, Core 0.27.13.9, Validation Rails 0.27.10.3, Handling Rails 0.27.11.3, and Hubs 0.27.10.3 (include latest hotfixes on top of the package minors).
  • On Manager, set gitlab_base_url to the self-managed origin (https://gitlab.aws.loopos.app) so deploys and register_release call the correct GitLab. Default remains https://gitlab.com if the setting is empty.
  • For Insurama incoming payments, items must include a claim occurrence date (item.extra_data.occurrence_date or a protocol answer keyed/labelled fecha_de_ocurrencia or occurrence_date); otherwise payment creation fails.
  • To show the Services tab on item show, grant can_view_item_services on Validation Rails, Handling Rails, and/or Hubs as needed.
  • To use script retry from item/script logs, grant the can_retry_scripts scope on Core, Validation Rails, Handling Rails, and/or Hubs as needed.
  • To let operators advance the item value step without seeing amounts, grant can_process_item_value_blind on Handling Rails.

New settings/configs/scopes:​

  • Validation Rails, Handling Rails, Hubs (Scopes) — from this package
    • can_view_item_services
      • View the Services tab on the item show page.
  • Manager (Insurama incoming payments) — from Manager 0.27.12.5 / 0.27.12.6
    • Claim occurrence date
      • fecha_de_ocurrencia / occurrence_date (item extra_data or protocol answer label/slug)
        • Required for Insurama policy payment-status and process-payment. Day-first dates (d-m-Y, d/m/Y) are accepted.
  • Manager (Settings) — from 0.27.13.0
    • gitlab_base_url
      • GitLab instance origin used for Manager API calls (compare, pipelines, terraform archive). Default https://gitlab.com. Set in Avo to https://gitlab.aws.loopos.app after the GitLab migration.

  • Core (0.27.13.7)
    • db/migrate/20260831124440_add_block_metadata_to_loop_os_scripts.loop_os_script_engine.rb — adds block_metadata (jsonb) on loop_os_scripts
    • db/data/20260831125000_store_script_backed_metadata.rb — backfills block_metadata for advanced/decision scripts (revert clears block_metadata)
Retrocompatibility

→ Any app besides manager on version 0.27.x.x is only compatible with Manager 0.27.x.x
→ Manager 0.27.x.x is still compatible with all previous versions of the other apps
→ Manager 0.26.0.0 and Core 0.26.0.0 must be deployed together for multitenancy and virtual instances
→ To use Validation, Handling 0.25.x.x and Hubs 0.22.x.x and above, you need Core 0.25.x.x or above
