Shared item notes: a single item-level note is now available across Core, Validation Rails, Handling Rails, and Hubs, with separate view and edit permissions. The Notes tab is reorganized (shared note, per-app note, internal notes); internal notes move out of the Item Info tab.

    • New scope
      • can_view_shared_item_notes
        • Allows the user to see the shared item note section on the Notes tab (read-only when edit is not granted).
    • New scope
      • can_edit_shared_item_notes
        • Allows the user to edit and save the shared item note (requires view; without this scope the section is read-only).
  • Validation Rails, Handling Rails, Hubs
    • New scope
      • can_view_protocol_answers_tab
        • When granted, the user can see the Protocol Answers tab on the item page; without this scope the tab is hidden.

→ Manager 0.25.x.x is still compatible with all previous versions of the other apps
→ To use Validation, Handling 0.25.x.x and Hubs 0.22.x.x and above, you need Core 0.25.x.x or above
