Auction email notifications for Marketplace

Novas notificações automáticas por email ao longo do ciclo de vida de leilões — confirmação de licitação recebida, aviso de licitação superada e lembrete de fim de leilão — configuráveis por bloco Marketplace.

What must be done before deployment:​

  • Deploy Core 0.27.8.0 on instances that use Marketplace blocks with Transaction Mode set to Auction.
  • Create the email templates in Manager (bid received, outbid, auction ending soon) before enabling the new Marketplace block email sub-sections.
  • Configure each relevant Marketplace block in Core → Flows with template ID and provider for the new email sub-sections; emails are sent only when both are set.

New settings/configs/scopes:​

  • Core (Marketplace block)
    • Bid Received Confirmation (Marketplace block > Email Settings)
      • Enter the email template ID (bid_received_email_template)
        • Email sent when a bidder successfully places a bid.
      • Enter the email provider (bid_received_provider)
      • Choose the Bcc Mode to use (bid_received_bcc_mode)
      • Enter the email bcc's (bid_received_emails_bcc) — visible when Bcc Mode is manual.
    • Outbid Notification (Marketplace block > Email Settings)
      • Enter the email template ID (outbid_email_template)
        • Email sent when a bidder is outbid in an auction.
      • Enter the email provider (outbid_provider)
      • Choose the Bcc Mode to use (outbid_bcc_mode)
      • Enter the email bcc's (outbid_emails_bcc) — visible when Bcc Mode is manual.
    • Auction Ending Soon (Marketplace block > Email Settings)
      • Enter the email template ID (auction_ending_soon_email_template)
        • Email sent to remind bidders that an auction they participated in will end in 24 hours.
      • Enter the email provider (auction_ending_soon_provider)

Retrocompatibility

→ Any app besides manager on version 0.27.x.x is only compatible with Manager 0.27.x.x
→ Manager 0.27.x.x is still compatible with all previous versions of the other apps
→ Manager 0.26.0.0 and Core 0.26.0.0 must be deployed together for multitenancy and virtual instances
→ To use Validation, Handling 0.25.x.x and Hubs 0.22.x.x and above, you need Core 0.25.x.x or above
