Core Multitenancy

Manager and Core now support tenancy modes, virtual instances, and move-in flows so multiple tenants can run on a single Core deployment. This will first be used for all CTT group partners, then Ecolab and later as a regular measure.

Shared item notes: a single item-level note is now available across Core, Validation Rails, Handling Rails, and Hubs, with separate view and edit permissions. The Notes tab is reorganized (shared note, per-app note, internal notes); internal notes move out of the Item Info tab.

TF AI Protocol + AI Pricing Rules

AI in Core: optional AI-assisted protocol and pricing table generation when the AI endpoints and shared API key are configured in private settings.

FTI user payout: Core adds a private setting to choose how forward trade-in values are calculated and displayed; Submission updates FTI experience to support User payout mode (what the customer receives, without the new equipment value in that flow). Previous mode keeps working as is.

TF Complete New Manager

Moved key screens and functionalities from Avo into the Manager front office, and hid the legacy Avo back office.

Fixes for catalog and protocol configuration in Core (sidebar, bulk actions, modals, and feedback toasts), clearer behaviour when detaching or deleting protocols from categories, and reliability improvements for the client info tab and item show actions across all apps.
